India an awe-inspiring nation,
Doesn't ask for any obligation,
Has thousands of years of proud history,
has always been a mystery,
Present is what matters now,
to make everyone again wow,
But the question remains how.
We are not short of talent,
All we have to be is gallant,
Instead of working for petty things,
Strive hard to free your country,
and enable it to spread its progressive wings,
Through our lives all we do is earn wealth,
leading a life full of stealth,
Choose a path that is paved with glory,
After a while you will feel a bit weary,
Because you think you are the only one,
But when you look back,
For others you will brighten the path like sun,
Comparing us with others is a foolish mistake,
We know we are lot better and have lot more passion,
than their faith which they fake,
Its been 50 years , yet freedom is what we seek,
developed on our own, stood on our own feet,
Its time to get back on the winning streak,
We should all join forces for the common goal,
Take an initiative and realize our role,
small difference that we make ..will contribute to a bigger cause,
